2003 Trailblazer Accelaraton Issue

I recently posted a question and recieved no reply. Every time I get the vehicle up in RPM's to 3,500 or 4,000 it feels like it is stalling out it will not go any faster. It will not engage into overdrive either. We have replaced the fuel pump, filter and pressure module. The Cat is fine and the dealership says the tranny is fine they think it might be the oxygen sensor so that is next!!! If you have any thoughts on this please help me!!!

does it do this while in gear or not? i believe it has a rev limiter when not in gear
