2003 Chevy Trailblazer Start Up Knock

When i first start up from cold there will be a one time knock or bang like noise then truck idles and runs fine never any problem with idle or shifting into gears what could this knock be. Thanks

If you only hear one knock, open the hood and have a helper start the vehicle. See if the sound is coming from the starter area.
