I had the fan clutch replaced about 3 years (25k miles) ago, I hear the same noise and feel the engine rev the same as before. My question is I am not able to get it to the mechanics until this weekend which means I would need to drive it one more day to and from work. Am I going to cause a bigger problem by driving it or should I park it until I can get it the mechanic?

drive it you aren't going to hurt it. It only works below about 30 mph anyhow.
