2003 Chevy Trailblazer Fan clutch

I would like to know if when the fan clutch is replaced that there is a charge for reprogramming the computer. The dealership is charging $226.99

I don't see it listed under the instruction's of replacing them.I posted the instruction's for you to read.I also posted the labor time for it 2.8hr's time's what ever there labor rate is.
