2002 Chevy Trailblazer rear rotors

I cant get the rotor off..it seems to have something locking it in place? What or how do I get it off?

The only thig that could be holding it on, after the caliper and mount is removed, is the retaining clips, and maybe the parking brake shoes, you may need to back off the adjuster a bit to clear any rust ridge on the inside...or drum surface of the rotor. then hit it with a hammer if still stuck!
