2002 Chevy Trailblazer Problems with heater controls

I have 5 speed controls for my heat and 1-4 don't blow out any heat but 5 blows out heat and I'm wondering what is wrong with it.

it could be either your blower switch or the resistor. Yu need to check if the resistor is getting power in the lower speeds. YOu would need a test light and check eeach position as it will be low voltage and a dimmer light on each setting. it is by the blower motor and is a little square rectangular looking box. It's not very easy to change.

Hi, have you tried the advice that was given? If so what did it end up to being? My 02 trailblazer has the same problem, al;ong with many ohter problems GGRRRRR :o)
