THE POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR STOPPED WORKING AT THE SAME TIME. IS THIS A THERMO FUSE AND IF SO WERE WOULD IT BE LOCATED. IF NOT ANY IDEA AT WERE TO START LOOKING TO DIAGNOSE.

sounds like the passenger door module went out. You will need a tech2 scanner to check communications with the module.I recommend having it checked out at your local dealership.
