I have a 2002 trail blazer and the cigarette lighter doesn't work. I tried changing the fuse but it keeps blowing. It maybe a simply and major electrical problem.

Without the liter plugged in, does the fuse still blow? Maybe you need a new heating element for the liter?

You might be able to use a testlite across the fuse terminals, so you don't have to keep blowing all your fuses. If the testlite comes on, the circuit is going to ground somewhere.
