2002 Chevy Trailblazer 4X4 inoperative

Scan test show no communication with module. Need more information to fix problem. Also is there software that I can download into a lap top to intreface into the main computer system in place of a scanner.

I am also having a problem with my 2002 trailblazer, 4x4 won't engage. Did you ever get your problem figured out?
