1993 Chevy Trailblazer trans leaks when it gets hot

i can drive the blazer when it cool but when it gets hot it leaks fluid out of the top of the trans is this an easy fix or change the trans? if it is fixable what is the problum

if it comes outthe top then it's comng from the vent. this can be a valve body problem or just to full of oil. Check the fluid level.
