2003 Chevy Tracker rotors

2003 CHEVROLET TRACKER
130,000 MILES • 4 CYL • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

i have changed rotors before, but dont know if i have to take off the 6(?) bolts in the middle of the hub to take off the rotor?
every other vehicle is take off the caliber, caliber "holder" and it will almost fall off.
