2003 Chevy Tracker loss of oil

I came back from a long trip and the low oil light went on. Stopped and had no oil reading on the dip stick. filled with 3 qts and continued after 15 miles same thing happened 1 mile from home. Refilled with 2 qts and got home same thing happened no oil. Is the engine blown?

with it burning oil that fast you would almost certainly have blue exhaust smoke. do you notice that? if not it could just be leaking out.
