2003 Chevy Tracker ALL LIGHTS FLICKER WHILE DRIVING

While driving, and not continually, the lights interior and exterior will flicker. Sometimes it is barely noticable and at other times it is quite noticable. I have replaced the battery and it still occurs. A friend said it could be the alternator or a ground someplace. Any help is appreciated.

your alternator is going out. replace it.
