130,000 miles and the best vehicle I have ever owned (and I've had 40+)

I need to replace the bulbs in the front marker lights to pass inspection. It seems the lens is part of the oeverall grill assembly, but I'm sure I must be missing the simply way to replace these bulbs. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

One of the "marker lights" is actually just for looks, but that doesn't really matter for your question.

Unfortunately, there is no 'easy' way, although taking the grill off is not that difficult. You need be careful about not breaking the clips when you remove the grill.

If your headlights are anything like mine were (glazed over so much that they gave more of a glow instead of a beam) you may want to take the opportunity to change the headlights out. I purchased a set (which included the headlights, blinker/flashers and markers) on ebay.

Thanks for the advice, but I found out that by removing the 4 screws and the the front turn signal assembly gave me direct access to the marker light. Took about 3 minutes to do both sides.

Thanks!

Excellent! I'll have to remember that!

Since I was changing the headlights, I had to remove the grill anyway.

Thanks for the pointer.
