Two power steering lines, both steel lines? Are the design of each line interchangeable. Both configured the same?

Both lines are leaking. Need to change out both. Any special precautions, or processes for changing out lines. Do I need to bleed lines after changing lines out, etc?

The lines are not interchangeable on my 96 and 97. When you replace the lines, the way you bleed it is by starting the truck and turning the wheel full left and the right, and continue.

If I recall correctly, the replacement lines had directions on how to bleed.

I do remember I became frustrated getting the new lines to connect to the pump. It took several tries, but finally connected.
