have a shimmy in steering wheel at 35-45 all front end parts are tight and had align, and tires done what else can caust this problem.

rotate tires front to back and get the same thing? 99 Tahoe im inclined to think it needs a new idler arm at minimum

had tires rebalabced align,rotated, idler,pivot bracket,pitman arm all have been done everything else is tight no movement

My 99 Tahoe had a similar problem. Steering wheel would jerk to left or right on bumps or rough roads. Went through everything you did. Ended up changing front shocks, which made a huge improvement.
