2009 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

DEARS, I HAPPEN TO RAN INTO WATER UP TO TIRES ONLY DURING HEAVY RAIN,AFTER FEW HOURS I GOT SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT AND FEEL LIKE THE CAR IS SLIPPING AND WANT TO DIE-OFF,AS A MATTER OF FACT IN COUPLE OCATIONS THE CAR INSTALLED,I TOOK THE BATTERY CABLE OUT AND WHEN I STARTED THE CAR THE LIGHT WENT OFF,BUT ONCE I DRIVE THE LIGHT COMES ON AGAIN,PLEASE ADVISE.

A 2009 model SHOULD still be under the dealer warranty, get to the dealer, a sensor is waterlogged and thier code reader will point out which one...
