I just bought a 2007 tahoe from a dealer, the dealer had to do a 99 point inspection before I could pick it up, so there for the car is not in my possesion as yet. My question is he told me that upon inspecting the car the rotors seem to be a problem so they turned them my question is should they have put on new ones instead of turning them and what should I do?Is this right?
