2007 Chevy Tahoe Rear Wheel Play and Grinding Noise

Does this sound like a wheel bearing problem, or some other problem? I hear a grinding sound vicinity the rear passenger wheel when I am driving. I jacked up the vehicle and there seems to be play in that wheel assembly (also did it on the other side for comparison and there seems to be no play). I do not hear the grinding sound when I turn the wheel assembly by hand. Thanks for your help.

It does sound like a bearing problem. That is where I would start.
