I have a 2007 chevy tahoe. If the tires are worn out in the inside towards the center of the vehicle (all four), does that mean that it needs alignment or balance? Also everytime time I pull into or out of a sidewalk/driveway it sounds like it hits something and evertime I take it to the dealer they cant find what is wrong with it? can you please explain? Thank you

You need the camber adjustment which is a part of wheel alignment. Also, check your upper and lower ball joints and the sway bar end links.
