the engine runs rough sometimes when it idles the engine lite comes off and on autozone's computer pulled up lean fuel and a misfire and it pulled up the 02 sensor but then it cleared itself.

If the light has stayed off, let it alone for now. However, chances are you will eventually need to replace the O2 sensor.
