How do I change an air filter. I found where I go to change it, but not certain if I should remove the cover or not, it connects to a hose, and the cover is kinda hard to lift.

Is that right?

the hose connects to the top part of the filter box. There are four screws that fasten the top of the box to the bottom. Loosen these all the way (they will not come out but will be loose) then lift the top of the box, it could be snug (it is supposed to be to ensure no air leakage). Note the position of the air filter inside and replace it with a new one.
