Electrical problem
2004 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The rear door will not unlatch and the window will not go down. All other doors and windows work. The fuse is good. What good prevent this from working? And how do you repair it.

You need to remove the door panel and see if something has come disconnected. Chances are that is the problem especially if both problems started at the same time.
