2003 Chevy Tahoe stuck in 4wd

Hi everyone, im new to this site and i have what hopes to be a pretty simple question i hope.. My 03 tahoe Z71 is stuck in 4wd lo. I know to put it in nuetral and then select what i want but all it does is flash then goes back to 4wd lo... what can i do to check or fix this prob??

It could be a bad selector switch or a bad actuator motor on the transfer case. Check all the fuses first and then dive in deeper.
