Whenever its damp and cold out, upon start up my truck it idles up and down almost like it wants to stall, It will do this for a while until the engine has been running a while and then it stops. During warm dry weather its fine, it starts up and idles fine. I have cleaned the MAF sensor and am going to check the vacuum hoses but it only does it when it rains or snows and has been sitting so im skepticle that it's a vacuum problem. Please help. I did get a Engine running lean code but that went away with a fresh tank of gas. Please help....
