2003 Chevy Tahoe odometer not showing

My instrument papal lights up except my odometer.. My fuses are good dont know where to go from here??

replace the IPC,the bulbs in the IPC are non serviceable.the IPC on these vehicles are a printed circuit board.down side the IPC on these are expensive.
