When the Windshield wipers are set to the delay function they stick going up and coming down. The low setting and high setting work just fine. I was thinking that there is a control module that can be replaced but I am not sure. Can you help me out please?

You need a wiper pulse module. It is located on the wiper motor assembly. It is under a black cover, where all of the wires plug in.
