2003 Chevy Tahoe fuses

The windows won't work, the inside lights of the truck won't work and the locks too. Everything else is working. Try to start the truck up won't start. It sounds like it would start but it cuts off. Can that be one the fuses have blown out.

Yes fuses can cause the interior electrical problems, but I question the not start. When you try to start it, does the starter work?
