2002 Chevy Tahoe trouble starting

My 2002 Tahoe will not start when the gas tank is less than a quarter full. The engine turns over, but just won't start.

There is a service bulletin about the fuel gage showing a 1/4 tank when it is actually empty. If that is your problem, you can either fix the sending unit or keep more than a 1/4 tank of gas in it.
