2001 Chevy Tahoe Squeeling Noise

I have a squeeling noise coming from the front of my engine. It's worse when I first start the engine in the morning. It would go away after the engine got hot but know it's cintinuous. Could this be a belt problem?

yes its porbably the belt mine did that to when i replaced it the noise stoped
