2001 Chevy Tahoe 119000 miles

The Gas gauge will read the amount of Gas in the Tank one min. and the next the low fuel light is lit. How do i fix this?

either the sending wire in the harness is shorting out or broken internally, or more likely the fuel tank sending unit is malfunctioning.
