Hello,
This could be due to a faulty fuel pressure regulator.
If the pump is good and the fuel filter is clean and there is no clog or blockage in the fuel line the issue is likely a bad fuel pressure regulator.
The regulator is located on the fuel rail (see diagram below).
A faulty regulator can restrict or stop the flow of fuel to the injectors.
This vehicle should have 55-62 PSI of fuel pressure with the key on and engine off.
