My door won't close all the way and I think it could be because of the cold weather. What can I do to help get this door to close?

If the latch assembly has been affected by the cold temps, then the only thing you can do it allow it to warm up. If you don't have a garage, try using a hair dryer to warm it. Just be careful not to get electrocuted.
