2001 Chevy Tahoe Caliper and Brakes

We are having trouble with getting our new cailper and brakes to work properly. We need to make sure they are installed right, and when we turn it vehicle on the brake petal is "spongey" how can we get that to go away? We have check and replaced brake fluid.

Every time you remove calipers out of the vehicle, you have to bleed the entire brake system. Did you?
