2001 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 actuator

i own a 2001 chevy tahoe and the four wheel drive just barely grabs and pulls a little, not like it should but the driveshaft is spinnning so i dont believe it is that, could it be the actuator? if so couold u get me a schematic on how to change it, thanks
