In the morning when the truck is cold and i start it oil pressure stays at 0 psi and i could hear a knocking in the engine, so in order for the pressure to go up i have to accelerate, and when the truck heats up it runs fine. I already did an oil change and replaced it with 5w-30.

If this is a problem that has been getting worse over time, it is a fair bet that the engine is just getting worn bearings. If this has just started to be an issue it may be related to a pressure relief valve sticking open. I would get the engine hot and add can of oil system flush, be guided by instructions and chance oil, try a 10 weight oil as the 5 may be just to thin for your car now. Just check the speck on usable oil and go for a max weight oil that you can use, considering your temperature variants.
