ABS and 4wd stopped working, sound coming from under truck possibly transfer case, sound present when vehicle turned off. It has been running like it is spinning or grinding for past hour while truck is off. I pulled the ABS Fuse and stopped the noise, ABS and 4wd still out. What is overall problem.

Best advice I can give is that you get the code(s) scanned, a garage that has a tool to read "C" codes is needed. These are ABS codes, and will pin point the defective part. Sounds like the ABS pump, but since these are expensive, check codes before you replace any parts!
