1999 Chevy Tahoe Tag light

The tag lights have ceased to work on my Tahoe. Is there a bulb replacement for this, and how do I get to them?

I have the step bumper. The truck is also equipped with a towing package.

REMOVAL PROCEDURE Make sure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position. Remove the lens (3) from the lamp assembly. Remove the bulb (2). INSTALLATION PROCEDURE Install the bulb (2). Install the lens (3) to the lamp assembly. Install the wiring (4) to the back of the lens assembly
