in last 45 days have had a catalyst code. Replaced the Cat. Converter. Then I got codes for the FRONT o2's having "slow response'...replaced those both. then got codes for the REAR o2's "heater" Replaced both those... So,Iv'e got a NEW Cat.Converter and ALL 4 o2's. NOW...PO153 keeps popping up every couple days...Checked connections and wire..all look OK. Checked for air intake leak..again seems Ok. What keeps seeting this code off..??

Was this the origional code? Check for exhaust leaks. Double and triple check all the wires that go to the O2 sensors, keep an eye out for frayed or burnt wires.
You mentioned that you changed the cat. converter. Did you confirm that the converter was bad by doing an air flow test? Also, there are two converters on your vehicle -- did you change both or just one?
