1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 116.00 miles

I have a 99 Chevy Tahoe and it just started to miss fire the other day, and I took it to a shop and they ran test and still cant find it. And the computer said the number 3, 4 and 7 plugs were jumping fire and they put new ones in and still did the same?

Have them check for a possible vacuum leak on the intake manifold. It could be sucking air and causing a misfire. Did they say if there was a lean code. Also, does that have coil over plug or a distrubitor.
