1999 Chevy Tahoe Gas Problem

I have a 1999 Chev Tahoe and i started experiencing problems with me accelerating. it feels as if my car is not receiving enough Gasoline. I think it might be either my Fuel Filter or my Gas Pump. am i even close ?

To get close -check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure tester to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump-then report back your findings-we start here
