With the vehicle is running and light switch is off; the drls are on, drl indicator lamp on; when the light switch is turned to parking lights; the drls are on, indicator lamp on, parking lights on; nwo the PROBLEM - when the switch is turned to headlights; the headlights turn off, instrument panel lights go off. Can't figure out problem; not bulb; not fuse, not under hood stuff.

Thanks!

Sounds like bad headlight switch. The drl use low voltage through the high beam. When turning on headlights you are now sending power to the low beams and if the fuse is good then the switch is bad. Real common.

I replaced the headlight switch. Did not repair my headlights. I was wrong about the instrument panel lights, they do work when the switch is on. Any suggestions? THANKS!

Do the high beams work regularly with the switch?

Check for power at the red wire at the headlight switch, if ok check power at yellow wire, if ok the you must check power in and out of headlight dimmer switch(high beam switch) this is where the power comes from the headlight switch and either goes to low beams or high beams. let me know
