After I have the new replacement in my hand, I study it to see where all the holes are for screws and bolts.
then I can figure out what i have to get to.
It may also help if you call the parts department of your local GM dealer with the lat 8 digits of your VIN handy.
Ask them to fax you the exploded view of your headlights so you can see where all the fasteners are.
