This Chevy when engaging the 4 wheel drive with the button on the dash it realy grinds and pops. Not so much in low range as in the high range. It also has a vibration from the front of the drive train to the rear when just riding in 2 wheel drive. Where should I start looking?
Thanks,
Michael

Replace all 4 U-joints -- two on the front drive shaft, and two on the rear drive shaft. 188000 miles is about their life span. Inspect the front drive axles for ripped cv joint boots.
