Brakes problem
1998 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The rear brakes make a loud noise when coming to a complete stop. It sounds like the metal is rubbing together or something. The brakes were replaced back in May.

I would recommend removing the drums and checking to make sure the brake material is in good condition. I've seen them fall apart. Also, clean and adjust them while you are there. It could even be rust that is stuck.
