1997 Chevy Tahoe Weak fan

The fan for the A/C and heating blowing inside the cab at high speed is running very slow, is it as simple as a relay or is the fan motor simply going out ?

Could be a problem with the HVAC control module or the blower motor resistor/relay. Try direct power to the blower motor see if it will move faster and blow more.
