thank you for your time!
i recently scanned my 97 chevy tahoe with a DTC handheld and recieved codes P0154, P0155 AND P1135..... so i ended up changing all four of my O2 sensors but i STILL recieve the same DTC codes on my hand held. even after turning the vehicle off and restarting it numberous times, and also even after driving the vehicle a few times the computer STILL has not cleared. its been a couple days now and i cant figure out what else it could be. ive read through my manual three times now. can you help?

Have you tried using the scanner to reset the PCM? Are you sure you had P1135 and not P1153?

All these codes refer to Bank 2 Sensor 1 Heater sensor insufficient switching. Often times O2 sensor replacement is not the answer. Usually the heater wire from the sensor to the VCM is frayed and needs replacing. Where? That is a good question. You have to follow the wires from the sensor to the computer and find the fray or cut.
