I have a 1997 Chevy Tahoe that is idling high. Just started recently. Sometimes it idles o.k. but lately the majority of the time it has been idling high. About 1300-1500 RPM.
Not sure what could be causing this. What are common things that could cause this symptom. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check for as sticking throttle body and check the TPS sensor for proper operation.
