1996 Chevy Tahoe Fan not working, then working

Twice now when I have turned on the heat the fan does not work for most of the morning then after awhile it kicked in and started working. What do I need to do to fix this?

Welcome, I'd check voltage and ground at the blower motor connector, when the problem occurs. If voltage and ground are good, I suspect the blower motor. Whether a problem with wiring circuit or blower motor, if you hit a bump, it may start working?
