When I am stopped I noticed that my car will rev up every once in awhile and then return to a normal rpm right away. I put my car in park and opened to hood to see if there was a visible problem. One of the things (i dont know what to call it) where the accessory belt runs on was loose and would spin with the belt and then stop. It was matched up with the engine revving up so i know that this is the problem. What i need to know is what that is called and if its a big deal.
